Expectations
As a team, we will look at how technology is now integrated into the curriculum (or not). Then, where do we want to go in the future.
The Team will make the time to meet despite our very busy schedules.
Everyone will go through the storming phase very soon.
What we learn can push our school farther.
As a team, we will bring ideas, concerns to the table and talk honestly.
The team will be supportive of one another as we all become more skilled in the new technology.
That we all will engage in this with open minds, with interest, and with a learning stance.
We will share responsibility in providing a snack at our meetings.

Assumptions
We will have some difficulties finding times when we can all meet.
We will help each other—and we won't have to "pretend to know."
The team will help create technology embedded curriculum in some way.
We will use what we learn to consistently reflect on and improve the thematic/curriculum scope and sequence of our school.
To grow personally/professionally as well as to build TPS's capacity for embracing 21st Century learning.
